Hey babes! FabFitFun is something I’ve always been curious about but could never pull the trigger on. I almost got last seasons box but I just wasn’t sure if I would use everything. When I saw what was going to be in the Summer 2018 box, I had to get it! Spoiler alert, I was so pleased with my box and think it’s such a great deal that I signed up to be a FabFitFun affiliate! Which just basically means I’ll earn a commission if you buy through my link. No pressure though!

What is FabFitFun?

FabFitFun is a seasonal subscription box. It contains beauty, wellness, fitness, fashion, and lifestyle items. The subscription is $49.99 every three months or $179.99 for the year. The annual subscription gets early access to add-ons and has more customization options. Each box contains full-size products and is guaranteed to contain a value of over $200. Also, during a certain period, you can purchase add-ons that are severely discounted!

FabFitFun Review

Omg!! This was such a great box and an amazing deal! You can really tell that they thought everything out and didn’t just throw a bunch of stuff together. I love that they included a variety of products!  I think the magazine is a nice touch too! It gives tips and tricks on how to use the products which is always helpful. I’m so happy I finally took the plunge! $50 is such a steal for a $300+ value!! I definitely think it’s worth it IF you’ll get use out of what’s in your box! Part of what sealed the deal for me, was being able to pick between a few choices. Also, getting the Foreo, that’s worth more than the box helped with that! Lol. I love the add-ons that I purchased! There were so many great deals, it was hard to narrow it down! Haha. Keep reading for my thoughts on the individual products!

I was watching my nephew while I was taking the pictures for this post. I thought I got close-ups of everything but apparently I missed a few. Lol. Now onto what was in my box! Everyone received the Foreo Luna Fofo ($89), Pier 1 Imports Marble Ring Dish ($14.99), and Coola Face Sport SPF 50 White Tea Moisturizer ($32).

I think I was most excited to try the Fofo! I tried the Play in the past but wasn’t super impressed. This one is a bit bigger and runs on AAA batteries. It has skin sensors that work with their app. I had trouble connecting to the app and thought it was a bit buggy. I’ll keep using it and let you know my thoughts in an upcoming skincare gadgets post!

I’m all about marble and gold so I think the dish was a great addition to the box! I think it’ll look good on my desk or in my bathroom. I’m also happy to have another sunscreen! I don’t think I’ve ever tried Coola but I’ve heard great things!

The first choice item was either the Yumi Kim Makeup Train Case ($58) or Summer & Rose Beach Towel ($55) I chose the makeup bag! I had been wanting a similar Sonia Kashuk bag but didn’t like any of the prints. I think this one is soo cute! I like that it has a section at the top for brushes. I’m not sure it’s worth $60 but it seems to be made well.

The second choice item was either the Erth Tu Y Yo Ring ($55), Jaboneria Marianella Hawaiian Black Lava Body Caviar ($48), or Aromatherapy Associates De-Stress Muscle Gel ($39). It was a hard choice between the last two but I chose the muscle gel. I haven’t tried it yet but it smells really good!

Unless you had the annual subscription, you weren’t able to pick between the rest. You either received the Orlando Pita Play Atmos-Shield Hair Protectant Treatment Spray ($34) or the Elemis Papaya Enzyme Peel ($45). I’ve heard great things about the Elemis brand. I LOVE chemical exfoliators and was so happy I received the peel!

The next item was either the Vasanti Brighten Up! Enzymatic Face Rejuvenator ($29), Maji Sports Loop Resistance Band ($15), or the Minor History Post Script Wallet ($20). I received the resistance band. I wasn’t excited but not unhappy about this one. The magazine showed a few different ways to use this so I’ll try it!

The last and one of the most exciting items was either the Tarte Tarteist PRO Glow Highlight & Contour Palette ($45) or the Tarte Tarteist PRO To Go Palette & Sex Kitten Liquid Liner ($43). I would have been happy with either one but I received the face palette. I’m not much on contouring but I’ve been wanting to try their highlighters!

FabFitFun Tarte Highlight and Contour Palette

  • Zoe Ayla Jade Crystal Roller (Retails for $69.99, Add-On Price $9) I’ve been wanting to try a Jade roller and I couldn’t pass up the price! I’m enjoying it so far! I don’t know why it’s so high on their website. It’s only $18 on Amazon.
  • Alitura Naturals Derma Roller (Retails for $29, Add-On Price $9) I keep hearing about derma rollers. I haven’t used it yet but I’ll let y’all know what I think about it once I try it!
  • Purlisse Blue Lotus 4-in-1 Cleansing Milk (Retails for $36, Add-On Price $11) This is a FAVORITE! It’s a nice gentle cleanser!
  • Murad Rapid Collagen Infusion (Retails for $84, Add-On Price $19) I couldn’t believe the price was this low! I’ve been wanting to add collagen into my skincare routine. I’ll let you know what I think after I’ve used it for a bit!
  • Murad Hydrating Toner (Retails for $30, Add-On Price $9) This smells so good!! I think it’s hydrating from the few times I’ve used it.
  • Murad AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser (Retails for $39, Add-On Price $11) I’ve been wanting to try an AHA/BHA product so I’m excited to give this a go!

I think I might have used the word excited a little too much in this post but it surpassed my expectations! I can’t wait to see what’s in next seasons box! I definitely recommend it if you are in the market for a fun subscription! Unfortunately, the Summer 2018 box sold out but they have two others available! The editor’s box contains products from past FabFitFun boxes. If I hadn’t just got the summer box I would totally be interested in this! You have the chance of getting a Foreo Luna Fofo in it! They also have a new Pinterest box!

You can get $10 off if you use code NEW10 for the editor’s box or PINTEREST for the Pinterest themed box.  What’s your favorite subscription box? Have you tried FabFitFun? I think it’s my new favorite!

xoxo, Am ♥

Is FabFitFun worth it?! Summer 2018 Review and Unboxing!

I had no idea about the customization options or the add-ons! That makes this seem so much more worth it. I wasn’t once gifted a year subscription service to another company (Ipsy) and was so grateful I wasn’t the one to spend money on it. No one needs 12 makeup bags or a bunch of random samples. In a whole year I think I genuinely used/liked 2 samples… 2!

It definitely made it more worth it! I know what you mean! I’ve tried a few different Beauty subscriptions but I never seemed to use everything.

Looks like a great way to learn about new products and try out new things for yourself! I don’t think I could justify the cost for myself right now, but I love seeing what other people get and how they use them!

I love being nosy and seeing what other people got too! Lol. I’m not sure if I’ll get it every quarter but I can for sure see myself getting it once or twice a year!

These boxes have so much! I have always wanted to try subscription boxes but am worried that I will not enjoy many of the items-making it not worth the money for me. This box looks very well thought out!

I loooove FabFitFun!! It’s the only subscription box I will continuously re-purchase. It’s so good!
